High Commissioner of India to the Maldives, G. Balasubramaniam, paid a courtesy call on the Maldivian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel, earlier today.

During their meeting, both sides discussed ways to further enhance the bilateral relations between Maldives and India. They also explored potential avenues for deeper cooperation, according to the Maldivian Foreign Ministry.

Minister Khaleel expressed his appreciation for the unwavering support that the Indian government has extended to the Maldives over the years. In response, High Commissioner Balasubramaniam reaffirmed his commitment to closely collaborate with the Maldivian government to strengthen the already robust ties between the two nations.
