Renowned Maldivian singer Mohamed Majid, popularly known as Mezzo Mode, passed away yesterday at the age of 59.

According to reports, he suffered a heart attack and was pronounced dead upon arrival at IGMH.

His passing has left a significant void in the music industry, with many artists and industry professionals expressing their condolences to his family. The news of his death has brought great sorrow to the Maldivian music scene.

Mohamed was the father of singer Meera Mohamed Majid.
