2. Fly for free – alternatively they rebook you in economy class at airline cost and provide you with 100% refund on the cancelled sector

3. Exchange for future travel, should you chose to make your own way to your destination – receive the value for travel voucher, with 20% additional value

Terms & Conditions: 

1. The above options are applicable to passengers whose reservations are ticketed. Tickets not issued are cancelled.

2. The above options are valid for tickets issued between 15 August 2024 until 31 December 2024.

3. The cost for re-accommodation must not be higher than 20% over the full amount paid, inclusive of taxes.

4. Travel vouchers are valid for one year from voucher issuance. Bookings must be completed through beOnd's customer support team.
