President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has embarked on an official three-day visit to Raa Atoll, during which he will visit eleven islands and engage with local councils and residents.

The visit commenced with planned stops at Vaadhoo, Rasgetheemu, An'golhitheemu, Hulhudhuhfaaru, and Ungoofaaru. Tomorrow, the President will continue his journey to Maakurathu, Maduvvari, Rasmaadhoo, and Innamaadhoo. On the final day, he will visit Fainu and Kinolhas.

This trip is part of the President's initiative, started last year, to visit all inhabited islands of the Maldives and strengthen relationships with local communities. Earlier this month, he toured several islands in Gaafu Alif and Gaafu Dhaalu atolls as part of the same series of visits.
