The 13th edition of Maldives Living Expo 2025 is scheduled for August 14-17 at Central Park, Hulhumale’, will have a co-sponsor in the form of TATA Housing.

TATA Housing is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in India today. It's a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, which is a part of the Tata Group. The company was established in 1984, by the late JRD Tata. Despite going through a rough phase in the later decades, it experienced a revival in 2006 under the leadership of Brotin Banerjee. Its current managing director is Sanjay Dutt.

TATA Housing would step into Maldivian real estate market in 2010, with a project signed Apex Realty which became a joint venture. This initiative included the construction of 280 apartments in Malé, for which the government provided two land parcels for high-end apartment development. The apartments were intended to be constructed on the sites of the former Gaakoshi and Arabiyya Schools. Subsequently, Tata Housing increased its footprint in the Maldives by introducing two luxury property projects, Odeon and Nadhee, in 2017, as reported by ET Realty. 

Maldives Living Expo 2025 features 20 sponsors and more than 30 exhibitors, emphasizing support for first-time homebuyers while presenting premium lifestyle and real estate options locally. The event will welcome all attendees from 16:00 hrs to 22:30 hrs at Central Park, Hulhumale' on August 14-17, with the inaugural day specifically for Trade Visitors from 16:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs.
