The 13th edition of Maldives Living Expo 2025 is scheduled for August 14, 2025, to August 17, 2025, at Central Park, Hulhumale’, will be joined by Batch Construction Pvt. Ltd. as their Exclusive Residences partner.

Batch Construction Pvt Ltd is a Malé-based building contractor, founded in 1996, with over two decades of experience and approximately 27 employees at its main office on Boduthakurufaanu Magu in Malé. Founded in 1996 and commencing operations in 2004, Batch Construction has evolved into a reliable local company managing sizable projects throughout the Maldives— such as Hulhumalé and various atolls. 

Since its inception, the company has disclosed yearly construction volumes of MVR 220 million, placing it among the leading regional competitors in its category. 

Maldives Living Expo 2025 will feature 20 sponsors and more than 30 exhibitors, emphasizing support for first-time homebuyers while presenting premium lifestyle and real estate options locally and globally. The event will welcome all attendees from 16:00 hrs to 22:30 hrs at Central Park, Hulhumale' on August 14, 15, 16, and 17, 2025, with the inaugural day specifically for Trade Visitors from 16:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs.
