The innovative platform utilizes Mastercard’s sophisticated Tourism Insights features to provide compiled, anonymized information on tourist expenditure trends, inclinations, and actions throughout the complete travel experience. It combines transactional data with additional indicators— like search patterns, reservation trends, and customer attitudes— to provide stakeholders in the Maldivian tourism sector a clearer, up-to-the-minute grasp of visitor habits.
By highlighting where and how guests allocate their spending—be it on lodging, meals, activities, or shopping— this tool enables resorts, inns, tour providers, and merchants to identify new opportunities and customize their offerings more effectively.
