The Vara Expo 2025 was officially inaugurated by First Lady Sajidha Mohamed yesterday at the Hulhumale' Central Park. 

The expo is being held from November 6 until November 8.

The expo, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Labour and Skills Development, features 166 exhibitors this year. This includes educational and training institutions, skills providers and key stakeholders from the job market. 

Alongside presenting numerous educational and employment opportunities, the expo also offers workshops and panel discussions. 

At the inauguration, First Lady Sajidha unveiled a publication from the ministry titled "Future-Ready Maldives: A New Era of Education and Skills".
