'gov.mv message' was built with the inclusion of a dashboard that allows citizens to see in real-time how many documents they have sent to government organizations.

The new service will eliminate the need for people to physically visit government institutions or to wait for office hours before submitting papers, and it will allow them to track the status of actions made by government institutions in response to submissions.
