The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has asked civil servants not to disrupt government services.

Civil servants have been conducting rallies in order to obtain raises in their pay. The Civil Servant Association has issued a warning that work stoppages will be part of their future protests.

The Public Service Commission (CSC) stated in a statement on Monday that it wants to work closely with civil servants, preserve their rights, and pay attention to their requests. According to the commission, anonymous groups have been exploiting the commission's logo across a variety of social media platforms while claiming to be working to protect civil workers' rights.

The statement further stated that the Civil Servant Association is not a registered organization and asked civil servants not to engage in the organization's activities.

"The Civil Service Commission's doors are always open to hearing civil servant grievances. Because of this, we advise civil servants not to disrupt the services provided by government entities while exercising their constitutional rights," the statement read.
