The Atoll Business Expo 2026 was officially announced on 15th February at a special ceremony held in Muraka Maalam, Maagiri Hotel; marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for business collaboration and regional economic development in the Maldives.

The Atoll Business Expo 2026 aims to establish a premier platform that brings together businesses, start-ups and industry professionals from across the Maldives to connect directly with local island enterprises within Baa Atoll. 

The Expo is designed to foster partnerships, encourage innovation and strengthen commercial networks between atoll-based businesses, leading businesses and tourism industry stakeholders.

The announcement ceremony was attended by distinguished representatives from the Baa Atoll Council, B. Eydhafushi Council, sponsors, partners, media representatives, and invited guests.

The official agreement was signed and announced formally between;

* Mohamed Ikram, Secretary General, Baa Atoll Council

* Mohamed Fathih, Council President, B. Eydhafushi Council

* Mariyam Maaisha, Director of Sales & Marketing, High Rise Pvt Ltd

Following the signing ceremony, the signees addressed the  media and shared insights into the vision, objectives and anticipated impact of the Atoll Business Expo 2026.

The first edition of Atoll Business Expo to be held from March 27 - 29, 2026 at B. Eydhafushi is expected to attract a wide range of exhibitors and visitors, providing unparalleled networking opportunities, product showcases, and business-to-business engagements that will benefit both local island enterprises, leading businesses brands, Maldives resorts.
