An outdoor gym was inaugurated on Wednesday during the second phase of Hulhumale'.

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Managing Director Ali Zuhair inaugurated the facility during an evening ceremony.

Situated in the second section of the gym park, adjacent to the turf field, the area includes 22 varieties of outdoor fitness equipment. As per HDC, the initiative seeks to encourage healthier habits among residents of Hulhumale' and aid in fostering a more engaged community.

The company stated that setting up outdoor gyms on all islands is a component of President Dr Mohamed Muizzu’s national commitment. HDC stated it will maintain its support for the government in achieving that commitment and will carry out additional community-oriented projects moving forward.
