Authorities have started a search for a young person who has been absent since departing from home a week earlier.

The missing youth in Male' is Ibrahim Imthiyaz Ali, 30, residing at H. Favorite Villa.

Family observed him at home from 12pm to 1pm on February 13. He then left, and according to the family, there has been no word from him since. Authorities stated that the family had filed a missing persons report on Tuesday night.

After the report was filed, Police indicated that they had communicated the details to all pertinent departments and initiated a search for him. Nonetheless, he has not been located up until now.
