A man has been detained on suspicion of stealing from a 66-year-old woman on Wednesday night.

Authorities stated they were informed that the woman was mugged while strolling on Miriyaas Magu, in Male city, at approximately 20:30. Authorities later apprehended a suspect linked to the incident.
