Dr Yasir transferred to Dharumavantha Hospital as Deputy CEO

Last night, the government declared that Dr. Ibrahim Yasir, previously the CEO of Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH), has been reassigned to Dharumavantha Hospital in the role of Deputy CEO.


As a result of this change, Dr. Yasir is now the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Male' City Group of Hospitals (MCGH).


MCGH manages Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Dharumavantha Hospital, Vilimale' Hospital, and Hulhumale Hospital.


Dr. Yasir, a specialist in Internal Medicine, has been the CEO of AEH since March 4, 2024. Following his transfer to Dharumavantha Hospital, Dr. Adheel Naseer, former State Minister at the Education Ministry, has taken on the role of CEO at AEH.



Adheel has worked as the Principal of Sharafuddeen School for a number of years. He was designated as State Minister in January 2024.
