The President and First Lady will leave for Saudi Arabia on Monday to undertake the Umrah pilgrimage.

The President’s Office states that the Saudi government is facilitating the visit and will handle all hospitality and associated costs.

The Saudi government announced that the plans for the trip were completed in early February.

The President and First Lady visited Saudi Arabia most recently in May 2024. That visit was also organized by the Saudi Royal Court.
