Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) signed agreements related to crisis management with three institutions today.

 

At the ceremony held at Hulhule Island Hotel under the name "Airport Crisis Management", MACL signed the agreements with the National Disaster Management Authority, the Met Office, and the Maldives Red Crescent.

 

MACL stated that these agreements will strengthen coordination and increase the airport's preparedness for emergencies.

 

In December last year, MACL also signed a similar agreement with the police.

 

That agreement was signed to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions, further enhance emergency preparedness, improve communication during emergencies, and ensure a swift and effective response.
