A Lamborghini was wrecked in a hazardous collision with the solar panels on Hulhumale’ highway on Friday morning.

The accident happened when the vehicle, traveling at a high speed, lost control. The vehicle collided with the support beams of the solar panels placed alongside the road, leading to it overturning.

The Police stated that there was an adult and a child in a vehicle during the incident that occurred around 8:42am this morning.

Both individuals are currently undergoing treatment at Tree Top Hospital, and the Police have confirmed that neither has sustained critical injuries.

The crash resulted in severe harm to both the Lamborghini and the solar panels.

The Police are conducting a further investigation into the crash.
