Currently, registrations are open for this year's Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race (DMMR).

The event is set to occur on November 20th at Hulhumalé Central Park. Participation is capped at 4,000 runners, and registration will stay open until this limit is fulfilled.

Participants may sign up for the 10km and 5km Open divisions, along with the Team category. This year, new categories added are Corporate Teams, Resort Teams, Running Clubs, and College/University categories.

Every team category permits the involvement of groups consisting of four runners. A designated team leader must manage registrations for these categories. Dhiraagu has stated that a winning team will be chosen from each category.

Dhiraagu states that participants can opt to register for either the 5km Open category or the 5km Team category, but not for both.

A prize pool of MVR 296,000 has been allocated for the winners in different categories of the race.

Each registered participant will get a race kit that contains a uniquely designed T-shirt, a race bib, a bag, and a finisher's medal.
