Two men have suffered serious injuries due to a collision which occurred at Hulhumale’ Phase 2, at the intersection of Heenaama Hingun and Dhunburigas Magu, at around 7:44am on the 24th.

A 62 year old man, as well as a 24 year old man who have sustained these injuries are currently being treated at Hulhumale’ Hospital, however, the police have not disclosed the severity of these injuries

According to the police, the elderly man was driving, whilst the younger man was in the passenger seat.

The situation is currently being investigated, therefore the reasons for the collision has not yet been disclosed to the media.
