Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has revealed that three of its branches will operate on Saturday to serve customers.

As per a notification released by the bank, the branches will specifically function to aid customers with account activation and onboarding services.

The announcement indicated that the services will be offered from 10:00am to 14:00pm on Saturday, with provisions set up in three sites in Malé and Hulhumalé to assist customers during these times.

The assigned service points are the MIB Head Office on Medhuziyaarai Magu and the MIB Retail Banking Branch situated across from Artificial Beach. The bank has also verified that its Hulhumalé Branch will continue operating to assist customers during the specified hours.

MIB mentioned that the choice to open branches on a holiday was mainly taken to allow customers to complete their account opening and activation processes easily and smoothly.
