AirAsia has once again been named the World's Best Low-Cost Airline at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2023, marking its 14th consecutive win. The airline also received the title of Best Low-Cost Airline in Asia for the same year. The awards were based on a passenger satisfaction survey that included over 100 nationalities and collected 20.23 million eligible entries. The ceremony took place during the Paris Air Show. AirAsia has been consistently recognized at the World Travel Awards since 2012, winning accolades for Asia's Best Low-Cost Airline Cabin Crew and Best Low-Cost Airline. The airline is known for its competitive prices, excellent service, and award-winning cabin crew.
